We offer departures at 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:30 PM (evening tour). Custom tours may be available upon request.

Unless otherwise arranged, we meet at the Revelstoke Business and Visitor Information Centre (301 Victoria Road West, Revelstoke, BC). From there, guests will follow our team in their personal vehicles to the trailhead.

This has been a bucket list item for years and it was great to finally have this experience with my husband and adult daughter!! We booked two sleds (me in one and my husband and our daughter in the other). There were also 2 other couples so, 4 sleds and approx. 40 dogs. It was very personal and just the right sized group of people. We booked in August 2025 for our visit in March 2026. Great value for money compared to other similar experiences offered by other operators. The operators are responsive and Eric and Connie replied quickly to our enquiries. Easy to deal with but note that you need to book as far ahead as you possibly can because these experiences sell out waaayyy in advance. On the day, we were met by Max, Elena and several other handlers. They met us at the Visitor Centre and we followed them in our car out to the trail. We also noted that they can drive some attendees out if needed. The dogs were clearly excited and so very happy (and vocal!). It is clear the dogs are well cared for, love their 'job' and were friendly and open to cuddles. They were obviously desperate to run and it was great to see their enjoyment. We were able to participate in the whole process of greeting the dogs, watching the sleds being set up and then talking endlessly to the musher about the dogs, the area and everything else as we travelled. We were also extensively briefed about safety requirements and what to do if something does go wrong. Max was my musher and he was great to talk to and provided a wealth of information about the trail, the area and the dogs' characters. I was also given the opportunity to stand with Max behind the dogs as well (my daughter and husband did this with their sled but I was content to stay inside the sled). It was a lovely day and we covered 20km through the amazing scenery. My advice though is to dress warmly and sensibly. Expect that if you want to meet and interact with the dogs, expect some muddy paw prints and dog hair (and slobbery kisses). I highly recommend this activity and, seeing just how happy the dogs and handlers are to work in this field, made it even more enjoyable. Thanks guys for a wonderful, unforgettable, professional and safe adventure.

Highly recommend for everyone to experience! Eric was available by phone and set the adventure up for us. We had 4 pax, 2 double sleds. Jens and Magda were so friendly and down to earth, explained what was going to happen and were efficient with all 19 dogs getting them all ready to go. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the dogs got heaps of well-deserved pats along the way. Thank you!

We need a 100 star button too! This experience absolutely blew us all away. We loved every single minute from the start and meeting Max and Disco at fhe Visitor Centre. There are not enough words to describe how amazing this adventure was. We had 2 sleds with Max and Jans(sp) and they were so exceptionally welcoming, fun, friendly and informative. The doggies were so awesome and strong! We loved hearing how excited they were to get all harnessed up and then it was all go! Our smiles didn't stop the whole trip. We had an awesome 10km out and 10km back trip and we didnt want it to end. We absolutely without any hesitation recommend the team at Revelstoke Dog Adventures 100%.
